Live Rooms make reviewing music during your live streams easy and efficient for both you and your audience. Jammy handles the submission process so you can quickly access your song queue and keep it running smoothly.

With built-in features like submission upgrades, check-ins, customizable visualizers, and scheduled rooms, Live Rooms have everything you need to make your room a place artists want to hang out.

Features include:

1. Submission Upgrades:
   Artists can submit to your room for free, or prioritize their song in the queue using a Nudge, Bump, or Boost. Hosts set the price of each priority tier. Paid submissions that do not get played will be refunded to the artist.
2. Check-In Zone (On Deck):
   Artists are prompted to check-in when their song is On Deck (the next 5 songs in the queue), ensuring nobody misses their review. For those who do not check in, their song is moved to a Waiting Room, where they can easily re-enter the queue when ready.
3. Customizable Visualizers
   Create the vibe of your room with our adjustable visualizers.
4. Schedule Future Rooms
   Let artists know when you’re going live again. Schedule future rooms on your page that artists can submit to ahead of time.

Private submissions are paid-only submissions that allow Artists to share music with you directly for feedback. Artists choose their desired turnaround window (7 days, 3 days, or 24 hours) and the kind of feedback they’re looking for. You can provide feedback using text and/or uploading an audio file.

In your Private Submission Settings, you control everything.

• Choose the feedback timeframes that work for you
• Charge what you want
• Determine which services you offer
• Pause submissions when you need to
• Add on optional follow-up sessions as an additional service

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

Private Submissions must be completed in order to receive payment. Submissions are considered complete when feedback is sent to the Artist. Payment is sent automatically and securely through Stripe following the completion of every private submission.

If you are unable to complete a Private Submission, you may cancel and refund the Artist from your Private Submissions Inbox. Expired submissions are automatically refunded to the Artist.

Yes, you can pause private submissions at any time in your settings.

Jammy gives you the flexibility to get paid what you want, with a $5 minimum across all paid features. We suggest doubling each tier as they increase in priority.

Yes, access all past live room data in your Dashboard and export a CSV file of submission details, including email addresses and social media handles. Own your email list and build your community with Jammy.

Yes. You can add an Artist profile in your settings and toggle between the two as needed.

Live Rooms make it easy to submit your song to a host’s live-streamed music review. It’s free to submit, and you do not need a Jammy account.

   Submit your song ahead of time to a host’s future room. Scheduled Rooms are listed on the host’s profile.

Private Submissions make it easy to share your song directly with Hosts for one-on-one feedback.

How to submit:

1. Find your Host’s page and submit to Private Submissions
2. Choose your desired turnaround time — 7 days, 3 days, or 24 hours. Hosts set the price of each.
3. Upload a file or share a link to your song, select the type of feedback you want and any questions or notes for your Host. One song per submission.
4. Hosts share their thoughts with you via text and/or audio recording.
5. Receive your feedback directly in your Private Submissions inbox.

Once purchased, you will receive an email confirmation and can track the status of your feedback in your Private Submission inbox.

Pricing, Cancellations, and Refunds:
Hosts set the price for each submission-type. If a Host is unable to complete your submission, they can cancel the order and you will be refunded. Expired submissions are automatically refunded.

Yes. Jammy nor Hosts own your music in any way, shape, or form. Your music remains 100% yours.

Songs generated by AI are not permitted on Jammy. While we work on a solution to better detect it, we’ve implemented the option for you to select if your song has been created using AI. Hosts may cancel an AI submission at their discretion.

Yes. In your settings you have the option to add a Host profile in addition to your Artist profile. Quickly toggle between the two account modes as needed.

No, only Host pages are public. You Artist page remains private and viewable only to you.
