Live Rooms make reviewing music during your livestreams easy for both you and your audience. Jammy handles the submission process so you can access your song queue and keep it running smoothly.

With built-in features like submission upgrades, check-ins, customizable visualizers, and scheduled rooms, live rooms have everything you need to make your room a place artists want to hang out.

Features include:

1. Priority submissions and in-queue upgrades
   Artists can submit to your room for free, or prioritize their song in the queue using a nudge, bump, or boost. Hosts set the price of each.
2. Check-In Zone (On Deck)
   Jammy prompts artists to check-in when their song is On Deck (the next 5 songs in the queue), ensuring nobody misses their review. Songs not checked in are moved to the Waiting Room, where you or the artist can easily re-enter it back into the queue.
3. Customizable visualizers
   Create the vibe of your room with our adjustable visualizers.
4. Schedule future rooms
   Let artists know when you’re going live again. Schedule future rooms on your page that artists can submit to ahead of time.
5. Private rooms
   Host private rooms with password entry.

Private submissions allow artists to share music with you directly for one-on-one feedback. Artists choose a turnaround time (7 days, 3 days, or 24 hours) and the type of feedback they want. You can provide feedback using text and/or uploading an audio file.

You control everything:

• Choose the services you offer
• Pause submissions when you need a break
• Optional follow-up sessions as an additional service

Yes, you can pause private submissions at any time in your settings.

There are two host profile types, which you can adjust in your settings.

1. Live Rooms + Private Submissions: Access all features including live rooms, scheduled rooms, and private submissions.
2. Private Submissions Only: Disable live rooms as a service to offer private feedback only.

Jammy gives you the flexibility to get paid what you want. We require at least a 1.5x increase with each tier. However, we recommend doubling each tier to start and adjusting from there. There is a platform minimum of $5 for all paid features.

Receiving Payment:

Payment is sent automatically and securely through Stripe following the completion of every private submission and live room.

Private submissions must be completed in order to receive payment. Submissions are considered complete when feedback is sent to the artist.

Priority live room submissions must be played in order to receive payment.

Cancellations, expired submissions, and refunds:

If you are unable to complete a submission, you may cancel and refund the artist from your Private Submissions Inbox. Expired submissions are automatically refunded.

Unplayed priority live room submissions are automatically refunded.

Yes, access all past live room data in your Dashboard and export a CSV file of submission details, including email addresses and social media handles. Own your email list and build your community with Jammy.

Songs generated by AI are not permitted on Jammy. While we work on a solution to better detect it, we’ve implemented the option for artists to select if their song has been created using AI. You can review or cancel the submission at your discretion.

Yes. You can still submit your music to other host’s live rooms and private submissions if you’re signed up as a host.

Hosts go live on their preferred platform (e.g. TikTok) and use Jammy Live Rooms to manage the music submission process for their live-streamed music reviews.

Live rooms make it easy to submit your song for real-time feedback. It’s free to submit, or you can pay to get your song heard sooner.

Built-in, artist-friendly features include:

How to submit:

1. Find your host’s page and submit to private submissions
2. Choose your turnaround time — 7 days, 3 days, or 24 hours. Hosts set the price of each.
3. Upload a file or share a link to your song. One song per submission.
4. Select the type of feedback you want and any questions for your host.
5. Hosts share their thoughts with you via text and/or audio recording.
6. Receive your feedback directly in your Private Submissions inbox.
7. Book a follow-up with the host if you want to keep the conversation going.

Once purchased, you will receive an email confirmation and can track the status of your feedback in your Private Submission inbox.

Yes. Jammy nor Hosts own your music in any way, shape, or form. Your music remains 100% yours.

Songs generated by AI are not permitted on Jammy. While we work on a solution to better detect it, we’ve implemented the option for you to select if your song has been created using AI. Hosts may cancel an AI submission at their discretion.

Yes. If you’ve signed up as an artist, you can change your account to a host account. Find “Become a Host” in your navigation dropdown menu. Your private artist account will become a public host profile and give you access to all host tools.

You can still submit music to other hosts with your host account.

Yes. If you’ve signed up as an artist your account remains private and viewable only to you. Only host accounts are public.

Hosts set their own prices for all services offered. The platform minimum is $5.

Canceled & Expired Submissions:

If a host is unable to complete your submission, they may cancel the order and you will be refunded. Expired submissions are automatically refunded.

Refund Policy:

Submissions to Jammy are nonrefundable unless cancelled by the host or expired. Unplayed paid live room submissions are automatically refunded.
